The main mission of our Center is to provide high-quality and safe specialized, including high-tech medical care using effective, safe, modern medical technologies to patients with cardiovascular pathology.
Patients' rights:
- All patients of the Center have the right to receive treatment, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, language, gender, nationality, physical disabilities, sexual orientation, philosophical beliefs, social and economic status;
- all patients of the Center have the right to receive treatment in a comfortable environment, with respect for their cultural, religious and social values;
- all patients have the right to receive complete information and choose their own treatment method;
- the patient has the right to full information about his diagnosis, treatment method, alternatives to the proposed treatment method, the probability of successful treatment, the cost of treatment, the expected duration of treatment and possible complications, and also has the right to participate in the decision-making process regarding treatment;
- the patient has the right to agree or refuse the proposed treatment method;
- the patient has the right to receive complete and reliable information about medical devices that can be used to provide him with medical care, regardless of their availability or absence at the Center;
- to refuse to use a particular medical device to provide him with medical care;
- patients have the right to have an accompanying person present if there is no objection from the patient and an accompanying person is indicated in the informed consent, to whom information about the patient's health status can be transmitted, there are no medical contraindications to this;

Responsibilities of patients:
