The procedure for providing information about the health status of a patient undergoing inpatient treatment at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "FTSSSH" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Astrakhan (hereinafter referred to as the Center)
- Information about the patient's health status (hereinafter - Information) is provided only to persons specified by the patient / legal representative in the Consent to the dissemination of personal data (hereinafter - Consent). The patient fills in this Consent in the admission department. Responsible for filling out this Consent and placing it in the medical history is the nurse of the admission department.
- The attending physician, during the initial examination, explains to the patient the procedure for providing Information, informs that the Procedure is posted on the stands, at the checkpoint and on the Center's website,
- Information to the persons specified in the Consent may be provided by the attending physician, operating surgeon, head of the department, resuscitator or head of the intensive care unit when the patient is in the intensive care unit. In some cases, deputy chief physicians and chief physicians.
Important! Employees of the Center, except for the above persons, are prohibited from providing any information about the patient's condition. Information about the request received regarding the patient's condition must be transferred to the patient's attending physician, or the operating surgeon, or the head of the department, and if the patient is in the intensive care unit, to the resuscitator or the head of the department.
- Information can be obtained:
- in a personal conversation with a doctor or with the head of the department (the data of the passport is first verified with the data specified in the Consent),
- by telephone (the full name, day, month and year of birth of the caller, phone number are specified in advance and checked with the data indicated by the patient in Consent).
- On weekdays Information about patients in the department is provided by the attending physician or operating surgeon at a personal meeting or by phone number from 15.00 to 16.00
Information in the intensive care unit (including weekends and holidays, is provided by the on-duty resuscitator doctor or on-duty pediatric resuscitator at the telephone number of the internship or medical post, or at a face-to-face meeting) from 10.00 to 11.00 and from 20.00 to 22.00.
- In the event of a worsening condition that threatens the life of the patient, the attending physician, or the operating surgeon, or the head of the department, during working hours, contacts the persons indicated in the Consent.
