You will be informed of the time of contacting the Center on the eve of hospitalization by the phone number specified by you when issuing a voucher for VMP.

For the final decision on the indications for hospitalization and the choice of the method of surgical treatment of your child, you must arrive at the Center on the date indicated in the Coupon. To make a decision on the volume and type of surgical intervention, it is mandatory to conduct an echocardiography study on an expert class apparatus.

According to the results of an internal examination, performed studies, it is possible to postpone the date of hospitalization, it is possible to refuse hospitalization with subsequent control.

It may take a few days for the hospitalization issue to be resolved. Therefore, we ask you to provide in advance the possibility of living in Astrakhan.

We also apologize in advance in case there are no vacancies at the Center on the appointed day. The hospitalization of one patient is directly related to the discharge of another, minor delays are caused by objective medical reasons.

The Center does not bear the costs associated with travel and accommodation in the city of Astrakhan for patients and their accompanying persons.

You must have individual hygiene products for parents, for children: diapers, wet wipes, baby cream, etc., a container for water (a mug with a comfortable handle).

List of documents that you need to have during hospitalization (originals and copies)

1. Birth certificate of the child;

2. Medical insurance policy for the child;

3. Passport of the legal representative;

4. Medical insurance policy of the legal representative (pay attention to the validity period);

5. Medical insurance policy for the child (pay attention to the validity period);

6. Certificate of compulsory pension insurance (SNILS) of the child and legal representative;

7. Referral for hospitalization (issued by a doctor at the place of residence);

8. Certificate of a disabled person, if any;

9. Certificate of incapacity for work (sick leave), if it is opened in another medical organization

If it is impossible to accompany the child by legal representatives, it is necessary to issue a power of attorney for the representative. Given that being in a hospital may require the accompanying person to make vital decisions, the power of attorney must be certified by a notary!!!

Patients re-hospitalized for the next stage of surgical treatment must take tests and perform studies that have expired by the time of hospitalization. (See the medical records provided for the previous hospitalization and the statement issued during the previous hospitalization).

All children for hospitalization in the Center must have the results of the following tests and examinations on hand (in the absence of these results, hospitalization may be delayed):

Information for legal representatives about the right to stay with the child in the hospital.

If the child is under 4 years old, then one of the parents, another family member or other legal representative is granted the right to free joint stay with the child at the Center, while providing him with medical care in a hospital during the entire period of treatment (Federal Law of 21.11. 2011 N 323-FZ "On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation")

If the child is older than 4 years, then it is possible to stay in the hospital for free around the clock only if the child has medical indications (Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated January 13, 2022 N 15-3 / I / 2-223):

Severe motor disorders in which children are not able to move without assistance, there is no ability to walk at all, children need to use additional devices (walkers, crutches) for movement, movement is carried out in a wheelchair;

Expression of sensory disturbances (non-correctable deafness, blindness, visually impaired),

Severe mental disorders in which it is difficult or impossible to properly maintain personal safety, self-service skills are impaired or absent, understanding of addressed speech is impaired or absent, a constant decrease in criticism of one’s behavior and the environment, including with the possibility of partial correction only with regular help other persons;

Frequent (at least 3-4 times a month) attacks of partial or complete loss of consciousness (twilight disorders of consciousness, generalized tonic-clonic convulsions, tonic or clonic convulsions), not compensated by drugs;

The presence of a high risk of life-threatening conditions (hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia) in children with diabetes mellitus, requiring support for constant monitoring of glycemic level readings.

In other cases - on the decision of the attending physician of the medical organization in which the child receives medical care in a hospital.
